Tom Brady’s Final Patriots Pass Auctioned for Animal Welfare

Tom Brady’s final pass as a New England Patriot, intercepted by Logan Ryan during the 2020 AFC Wild Card Game, is not just any football; it’s a symbol of change. The pass, which marked the end of an era for Brady and the Patriots, is now set to raise funds for a noble cause – animal welfare.

In the closing moments of the game, with pressure mounting, Brady’s pass intended for Mohamed Sanu was intercepted by Ryan, who returned it for a touchdown. This play not only sealed the Titans’ victory but also signified the conclusion of Brady’s remarkable 20-year journey with the Patriots.

Following his move to the Tampa Bay Buccaneers, Brady and Ryan, now teammates, found themselves united by more than just football. Together, they shared a passion for supporting animal welfare causes. Their involvement with the Tampa Bay Humane Society and Brady’s family even adopting a kitten showcased their dedication to making a difference in the lives of animals.

The autographed football, bearing Brady’s signature and inscriptions marking it as his last pass as a Patriot, gained widespread attention on social media, becoming a viral sensation. Inspired by their shared commitment to animal welfare, Ryan decided to auction the football through Goldin Auctions, with all proceeds going towards the Ryan Animal Rescue Foundation (RARF), a nonprofit organization championed by him and his wife, Ashley.

The Wilson “Duke” football has been verified as the one from Brady’s final pass as a Patriot, accompanied by a Letter of Authenticity from PSA/DNA and a Letter of Provenance signed by Logan Ryan himself, certifying its historical significance.

The forthcoming auction presents a special opportunity for collectors and fans of Brady to own a piece of football history while supporting a worthy cause. More than just a game-ending play, the football symbolizes new beginnings for both the animals benefiting from the auction and the man who once intercepted the legendary quarterback.

Anticipated to draw considerable interest, the auction offers a chance to not only commemorate a significant moment in football but also highlight the dedication of athletes like Ryan and Brady to giving back to the community in impactful ways.

Those eager to participate in the auction can place their bids through Goldin Auctions, knowing that their contributions will directly support RARF’s mission to improve animal welfare. This auction stands as a testament to the enduring legacy of sports icons and their commitment to making a positive difference beyond the field.
